Hi! I m Kevin. I have sold over $130,000,000 in real estate and transacted over 300 individual deals, renovations, rentals, apartment buildings, vacation rentals, etc. In addition to my background in finance as a licensed loan broker and finance student, construction as licensed general contractor doing structural additions and remodels, and background in property management, I am excited to share the experiences of myself, my father-in-law (35 years in Real Estate & sales), and my mother-in-law (35 years in property management, managing hundreds of units). What is real estate? Learn about Real Estate
Real Estate involves the purchase, ownership, management, rental and/or sale of real estate for profit.
Improvement of realty property as part of a real estate investment strategy is generally considered to be a sub-specialty of Real Estate called real estate development.
Real estate is an asset form – limited liquidity relative to other investments,
it is also capital intensive (although capital may be gained through mortgage leverage) and is highly cash flow dependent.
If these factors are not well understood and managed by the investor, real estate becomes a risky investment.
